Raw dessert? I’ll bet a lot of people will be thinking “Really? That sounds so boring!”. Most will probably think that a raw dessert consists of an apple. Or a banana. Or maybe, if you’re lucky, a bowl of ripe berries.
Oh, you do not know how wrong you are…

Chamomile, Vanilla & Strawberry Victoria Sponge
It’s one of my friends birthday’s tomorrow, and she asked me if I’d mind helping her out with a Victoria sponge recipe which she could make. Well, of course I said yes! Helping someone out with cooking? How could I say no?
And of course, I couldn’t send over a recipe without first trying it out myself!
Rather Amazing Banana Bread
There’s a bit of a grey area I think as to what “Banana Bread” should be called. I’ve eaten platefuls of what’s always been known as “Banana Bread” in the past, but to me it always seems a bit too decadent, too rich, to be simply classed as bread.
After all, I can hardly imagine anyone wanting to use two slices of this to make their breakfast BLT (That’s vegan bacon, mind you!)

Love, hate and Doughnuts.
I’ve always had a little bit of a love-hate relationship with doughnuts….

I mean, on the one hand, they are sweet, sugary pillows of loveliness…
But then, on the other, they are deep fried, oily, and afterwards leave me feeling like a bloated leaden cloud of oil…
