Today was International Hummus Day!
I don’t know about you, but for me, hummus is pretty much it’s own food group.
It goes Fruits, Vegetables, Protein, Carbohydrates, Fats, and Hummus, right?
So when I found out that there was a day dedicated to Hummus, I just knew I had to get involved!
Hello fellow MOFO-ers! I had intended on doing a nice long blog post today about the wonders and joys of cashew cheese (cue trumpet fan-fare and confetti). But alas, moving got in the way, and what with packing, cleaning and working (again!) I’m now getting very close to running out of day.. I really do need to start writing these things earlier on!
Sometimes, you can really take things for granted. The quiet stillness you get when you have the house all to yourself. Being able to wander around in the middle of the night, to nip and grab a drink at any hour (without fear of waking anyone up!). Snuggling up on the sofa with your loved one, watching a film together. Under a duvet perhaps if it’s cold, with delicious food and maybe popcorn. These are things that happen all of the time, yet you never really stop to think about them.
